Effortless Code Management and Backlit Touch Panel

The KeyPad features a modern, capacitive touch surface that remains completely dark while in standby mode, instantly illuminating the moment you touch the surface. The system is easily managed via a master code for the entire household or through individual user passcodes assigned to family members or employees—giving you full visibility within the app's event log of exactly who armed or disarmed the system and when. If desired, you can also configure the panel to arm the entire ecosystem with a single button press without requiring a passcode.

Protection Features: Automatic Lockout and Duress Code

Security is uncompromised within the Ajax KeyPad. If an unauthorized person attempts to guess the passcode, the system detects the repetitive failures and automatically locks out the control panel for a pre-configured timeframe. The keypad's most critical line of defense is its intelligent Duress function (silent alarm). If an intruder forces you to disarm the system, entering a specific duress code will visually deactivate the alarm on the screen to reassure the perpetrator, while silently transmitting a hidden panic alert to the monitoring station or emergency contacts for immediate response.

Encrypted Jeweller Radio and Simple Installation

The control panel communicates wirelessly with your Ajax Hub using the secure and proprietary Jeweller radio protocol. This technology guarantees a highly stable, two-way encrypted connection spanning up to 1,700 meters in line of sight, featuring advanced built-in protection against signal jamming or interception. Because the KeyPad is 100% wireless, mounting takes only a few minutes using the included SmartBracket panel. The device arrives fully operational with pre-installed batteries, providing an impressive operational life of up to 2 years.
