Description

Fast HLX-HF is a high-performance concrete screw with hexagon head and integrated flange, created for quick and safe installation in both cracked (Option 1) and non-cracked concrete (Option 7). The extra cutting teeth in the tip allow the screw to easily penetrate harder materials, making installation both quick and easy - even if you encounter reinforced concrete (C20/25 to C50/60).

Since the concrete screw is non-expanding, stresses in the substrate are minimized. This makes HLX-HF ideal for installation near edges or where the attachment points are close together without the risk of the concrete cracking. The screw is also fully demountable and reusable, making it the perfect choice for both permanent and temporary constructions.

Maximum corrosion protection and seismic approval

With the ZFmax surface treatment, the screw achieves corrosivity class C4, which provides very high protection against rust and makes it perform excellently in outdoor environments. The HLX-HF is ETA-assessed (ETA-23/0707) and approved for use in earthquake-prone zones (seismic category C1 and C2), which confirms its extreme reliability under high loads.
