Door Threshold Ekerö 2000x90x9mm Oak Habo 18994

Description

The Ekerö door threshold from Habo is made of solid oak with a durable, clear-lacquered surface finish that highlights the wood's natural grain and protects against daily wear and tear. With a generous length of 2000 mm, this threshold is ideal for wider doorways, sliding door sections or for cutting to several standard sizes. The low profile of only 9 mm reduces the risk of tripping and makes it easy to create smooth, discreet joints between different floor materials such as parquet, laminate and tiles.

Advantages of the Habo Ekerö door threshold

• Sustainable natural material: Made of solid oak for a long life and high stability.
• Finished surface: Factory-painted for direct installation without the need for additional finishing or oiling.
• Generous format: Length of 2 meters - easy to cut to the desired size with a fine-toothed saw.
• Thin profile: Height of 9 mm and width of 90 mm covers wide movement joints with a smooth transition.

Area of application

• Indoor floor transitions: Creates a neat and even joint between different rooms or floor surfaces at the same level, for example between wooden floors/parquet, laminate, tiles or vinyl.
• Covering movement joints: With a width of 90 mm, it is optimal for hiding wider expansion and movement joints between floor materials.
• Wide doorways & double doors: The length of 2000 mm makes it ideal for double doors, larger room openings, sliding door sections or indoor entrances.
• Adaptable cutting: Can be easily cut down with a fine-toothed saw to standard dimensions (e.g. module 8, 9 or 10) for several smaller doorways.
• Accessibility adaptation / Low profile: The low height of 9 mm provides a soft and discreet level transition that minimizes the risk of tripping and facilitates passage with, for example, a walker, stroller or vacuum cleaner.
• Environments with normal to high wear: Suitable for both residential (hallway, living room, bedroom, kitchen) and public environments/offices with dry spaces.
