The powerful motor is perfect for quickly chopping fresh vegetables, herbs and soft ingredients. To protect the motor and maintain maximum performance, short, efficient operating cycles of no more than 1 minute, followed by a 2-minute rest are recommended. For more intensive use (after 3 consecutive cycles), simply let the unit cool down for 15 minutes - an investment in the durability of the machine.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Unplug the appliance and remove the motor unit.
• Wash the jar, jar lid and blade assembly in warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly before use.
• The jar, jar lid and blade assembly are dishwasher safe. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth and then dry thoroughly. Never immerse it in water for cleaning, as this may cause an electric shock.
• Warning: The blade is very sharp, handle with care.
