Description

Falu Fasad is a modern alkyd oil-based emulsion paint that combines the timeless, fully saturated aesthetics of slurry paint with the durability and adhesion of modern paint technology. The diffusion-open composition ensures that no dense paint film forms on the surface, which lets the wood breathe naturally and minimizes the risk of moisture-related damage during the life of the facade. Unlike classic slurry paint, Falu Fasad does not chalk, which provides a cleaner surface over time and makes future repainting and maintenance much easier.

Thanks to its superior flexibility, the paint is an ideal choice for surfaces where traditional mud paint has difficulty adhering, such as modern extensions next to older parts of the house or on mixed wooden substrates. It gives a uniform and harmonious result regardless of whether you are painting sawn, planed or pressure-impregnated wood. Just like with traditional red paint, Falu Fasad is at its best on lower wooden structures equipped with a protective eaves, where it creates a durable, weather-resistant and beautiful facade with an extended maintenance interval.
