Falu Facade in the color Faluvit is a modern, full-matt alkyd oil emulsion that uniquely combines the timeless aesthetics of classic mud paint with the superior durability and protective properties of modern alkyd oil. The paint film that is formed is completely diffusion-open, which allows the wooden facade to breathe unhindered and transport moisture away naturally without the paint cracking, bubbling or peeling over time.

Thanks to the smart binder composition, you avoid time-consuming preparatory work with separate primers and primers - you simply paint directly onto the clean surface. The paint also has very good adhesion to both sawn and planed surfaces and also adheres excellently to previously mud-painted facades. Unlike traditional mud paint, Falu Fasad neither stains nor chalks when dried, which not only provides a beautiful and durable result that is weatherproof, but also extends the repainting intervals and makes future facade maintenance significantly easier.

Important advice before painting

• Color restriction: Faluvit color should only be applied to new, clean wood or facades that have previously been painted white.
• Pressure-impregnated wood: Avoid painting with Faluvit on pressure-impregnated wood, as impregnation liquids can cause discoloration.
• Previously red-colored substrate: Brush off all loose sludge paint with a wire brush before painting. When changing color, a completely clean wood substrate is recommended.
