Description

Fixed Farmer Screw UFO is a drilling and thread-pressing quality screw adapted for efficient and safe installation of profiled sheet metal to wooden joist substrates. The screw drills, threads and tightens in one and the same operation, which minimizes installation time and eliminates the need for pre-drilling.

The screw is equipped with a pre-mounted EPDM washer (14 mm) that ensures a long-term weather-resistant seal and provides optimal pressure distribution over the sheet metal surface without damaging the substrate. The low-profile UFO design of the head provides a discreet, aesthetic result on roofs and facades. The internal TX25 groove (Torx) ensures stable power transmission, reduces the risk of cam-out and prevents scratches on the powder-coated surface.

For optimal corrosion protection in Nordic outdoor climates, the screw is surface-treated with 20 µm electro-galvanization combined with a durable powder coating in brick red (RAL 8004). Supplied in a practical and resealable plastic can of 150 pieces.
