Description

The frost guard is an electric convector heater. It is equipped with a thermostat to maintain the desired temperature. A control lamp lights up when the frost guard starts to heat up. The thermostat controls the room temperature and turns the heater on or off as needed. The built-in temperature guard turns the unit off if it is too hot and turns it on again after it has cooled down. The heater is always ready to use. To turn off the frost guard, unplug it from the electrical outlet. (In its minimum position (fully anti-clockwise) the thermostat provides a frost protection mode. In this position (depending on the size of the room) the heater will maintain the temperature above freezing. Keep the cold out and protect your spaces from frost damage with this compact and reliable frost guard with thermostat. This energy-efficient heater is specially designed to keep smaller rooms frost-free during the coldest months. Thanks to its flexible design, it can either be permanently mounted on the wall or used free-standing on the floor with the feet provided. Please note that this product is for indoor use only.

Quick and easy installation options

Whether you want a permanent wall installation or a mobile underfloor heater, installation is simple and quick.

1. Fixed wall mounting (Space-saving)

By screwing the frost guard to the wall, you free up floor space and ensure stable heat distribution.

• Drilling: Use an 8 mm drill to make 2 holes in the wall with an exact distance of 14.9 cm and a depth of about 4 cm.
• Assembly: Screw the two included screws (4x30mm) into the wall. Remember to maintain a safe distance to both the floor and ceiling.
• Locking: Hang the heater via the grooves on the back and fix the connection with the two smaller screws (3x10mm).

2. Freestanding on feet (Flexible placement)

Would you rather move the heater around as needed? Simply install the included floor feet.

• Place the feet on the bottom of the device and fit the bulge into the corresponding groove.
• Screw the feet in place with the two included screws for a stable and secure base.

Caring for your frost guard

• Before When cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the power supply and let it cool down completely.
• Clean the housing from time to time with a damp cloth. Do not use strong cleaning agents and do not allow water to enter the appliance.
