Gamma Dimmer 1-Pole/Step Rear Edge Controlled (RC) 230V IP20 Malmbergs 1377209

Description

Malmbergs Gamma is a reliable, recessed rotary dimmer adapted for both modern energy-efficient LED lamps and traditional lighting. The dimmer is easily controlled by pressing the knob to turn on/off and turning to adjust the brightness to the desired level. Thanks to trailing edge control (phase cut-off/RC dimming), the dimmer provides stable and smooth light control with minimal risk of buzzing or flickering, making it particularly suitable for retrofitting dimmable 230V LED light sources.

Easy installation and flexible staircase connection

The Gamma dimmer has an integrated 1-pole/staircase function. This means that you can easily connect the dimmer to an existing or new 1-pole/staircase switch in the same room. You can turn the lighting on and off from, for example, the door, while the light level is smoothly adjusted by placing the dimmer.

Perfect for renovation and replacement

Malmbergs Gamma is a popular standard series for home and office environments that combines high functionality with good economy. The subdued cream-white color (RAL 9001) matches the traditional Swedish electrical standard (such as older ELKO RS, Eljo, etc.), making it an excellent choice for replacing broken or older dimmers without having to replace the entire room's switches.
