Hand Mixer With Bowl 400W 220-240V 3.4 Liter Emerio
Description
Using an electric whisk with dough hooks does half the work in the kitchen. To make sure your kitchen machine lasts as long as possible and gives the best possible results, we have collected the most important steps and safety tips here.
Simple guide: Before first use
Before you start and whip up your first batter, it is important to go through these simple steps:
- Unpack: Remove all packaging material and plastic.
- Clean: Wash the accessories before they touch food.
- Safety first: Make sure the speed control is set to "0" and that the cord is not plugged in when handling the accessories.
The right accessory in the right place
The machine comes with two types of tools adapted to different tasks in the kitchen:
- Classic whisks: Perfect for whipping cream, egg whites or mixing fluffy batters.
- Robust dough hooks: The obvious choice when kneading heavier doughs for bread and buns.
Important about fit: The whisks and dough hooks are unique. The accessory with the small gear only fits in the smaller socket, while the other fits in the larger one. Make sure they click in properly all the way - otherwise it may affect your mixing results. Always use only one type of accessory at a time.
Flexible use: Blend directly in the pot
The clever, detachable whisk head allows you to use the device separately as a handy hand blender. Perfect for smoothing soups or sauces!
- Do this: Hold down the release button with one hand and carefully lift the blender head from the holder with the other.
- Consider the temperature: If you want to blend directly in a pot, always remove the pot from the stove first. Let the food cool down slightly - never blend ingredients that are hotter than 40 °C, as this can cause the motor to overheat.
Tip
- Always start blending on low speed. Gradually increase to the recommended speed specified in the recipes.
- When blending liquids, especially hot liquids, add small amounts at a time to reduce spillage.
- If an object, such as a spatula, falls into the bowl while the appliance is running, immediately turn the speed control to the "0" position and then remove the object.
- For easier cleaning, remove the beaters/dough hooks and rinse immediately with warm water.
Cleaning and maintenance
- Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Wipe the outside of the mixer head and the mixing stand with a soft, dry cloth.
- Wash the beaters/dough hooks in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Beaters and dough hooks are dishwasher safe.
- Remove the bowl from the appliance. Clean it with water and wipe it dry.
- Warning: Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.
