Description

LK Heating Pipe PE-Xa RiR is delivered pre-assembled in a protective empty pipe and is specially designed to be used as a supply line between heat source and LK Heating Circuit Distributor. This pipe-in-pipe system provides optimal protection against leakage and facilitates future replacement of the service pipe without having to damage the building structure.

Oxygen barrier and high temperature resistance

The pipe is made of high-quality polyethylene (PE-Xa) with an oxygen barrier that prevents oxygenation of the system water, which protects sensitive components in the heating system against corrosion. With a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar and a continuous operating temperature of 70 ºC, it covers the requirements of modern water-borne heating systems and underfloor heating systems. In the event of occasional peak loads, the pipe can withstand short-term temperatures of up to 95 ºC.
