Use & Care Instructions

• Harvest: Carefully cut off the mushroom at the base with the sharp Sandvik blade.
• Clean immediately: Use the horsehair brush to sweep away moss and soil before putting the mushroom in the basket – it saves a lot of time at the kitchen counter at home.
• Cleaning: Rinse the knife in lukewarm water if necessary and wipe dry. The horsehair brush can be gently reshaped if it gets wet.
