Perforated Fixing Band FBP 12x0.9mm 10m Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Fast 833212

Flexible profile band in hot dip galvanized sheet steel for hanging pipes, ventilation ducts as well as cable trays with practical length of 10 m.

Description

The FBP hot-dip galvanized fixing band (12x0.9 mm) is a high-quality, reliable solution for the flexible suspension of pipes, ventilation ducts, and cable trays in a variety of environments. It is manufactured from S250GD+Z275 hot-dip galvanized sheet steel, providing robust protection against wear and corrosion, ensuring a long service life for your installations.

Easy to Handle During Installation

Thanks to its malleable steel composition, this perforated band is simple to cut, bend, and adapt to the specific requirements of any construction project. The evenly spaced holes offer great flexibility for fastening, significantly streamlining the work involved in both new installations and renovations of ventilation systems or fixed piping runs.

Benefits of Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel

The anti-corrosive surface coating makes this fixing band an excellent choice for use in utility rooms, basements, and other areas where the material may be subjected to demanding conditions. With a total length of 10 meters and a hole diameter of 5 mm, you have an ample supply of suspension material, sufficient for long runs. For secure and proper attachment, the use of 4.0 mm anchor nails or 4.8 mm anchor screws is recommended. Please note that this perforated strapping is not intended for load-bearing structural applications, but it serves excellently as a supplementary suspension material.
