Do you want to get the crispiest fries, succeed with baking or heat up leftovers so they taste like freshly cooked. Here are the best tips for how to use your double basket airfryer in the best way.

• Maximize the crispiness of fries: For the absolute best results, we recommend that you cook fries in the lower basket. If you want to use both trays at the same time, the optimal amount is 300 g in the upper basket and 600 g in the lower basket.
• Preheat for more even cooking: Add 3 minutes to the cooking time if the appliance is cold, or preheat it for about 4 minutes before adding the ingredients.
• Shake halfway through: Some ingredients need to be shaken halfway through. Pull the basket out by the handle and shake it gently, or turn the food with tongs/fork before pushing the basket back in.
• Extra crispy breading: Food with breadcrumbs (e.g. breadcrumbs) will be extra crispy if you spray them with a little vegetable oil before cooking.
• Bake in the airfryer: You can easily bake soft cakes, pies or cook delicate ingredients. Then use a regular baking dish or ovenproof dish that fits in the basket.
• Speed up reheating: Use the appliance to heat food. Set to 150°C for up to 10 minutes for a perfect, non-spongy result.

Dual cooking function

• Press the "Double" button, the icon will flash.
• Press the menu button to select the cooking program, then adjust the temperature and time for both zones simultaneously.
• Press the pause/start button; the appliance will start working

Note:

• When the "Synchronize" button flashes, you can simply press the button again to cancel this function.
• For small amounts of food, you can cook with only one basket. Select a program for that basket and
• then press the pause/start button. Please note that the cake menu cannot be selected if you are cooking with only the upper basket.
• When the "Double" button flashes, you can simply press the "Upper" or "Lower" button to cancel this function.

Synchronization function

• Press the "Upper" and "Lower" buttons.
• Press the "Synchronize" button, the icon will flash.
• Press the "Upper" button to set a cooking program for the upper basket.
• Press the "Lower" button to set a cooking program for the lower basket.
• Press the pause/start button; the zone with the longer working time will start first. Another zone with the shorter working time will start later. Both zones will stop working together.
• Note: "Hold" will be displayed on the digital display of the zone with the shorter working time before starting.
• Note: The cake menu cannot be selected when setting a cooking program for the upper basket.
