Installation tips for toilet handles (Fittings housing diameter 52mm)

• Check the door lock housing: Make sure that the interior door has a lock housing intended for toilet/WC (usually with a separate square hole under the handle rower).
• Remove existing key plate: Unscrew and remove the old key plates or cover plates from both sides of the door before starting the installation.
• Fit the rower pin (square pin): Insert the supplied square pin through the lower hole of the lock housing so that it protrudes evenly on both the inside and outside of the door.
• Place the knob and emergency release: Mount the knob on the inside of the toilet and the smooth washer with emergency opening groove (slot for screwdriver/coin) on the outside.
• Use through screw: Insert the supplied through screws straight through the door leaf from one side to the opposing sleeve nut on the other side for a stable attachment that will not loosen over time.
• Cut screws if necessary: If the door is thinner than the screw length, the through screws can be easily broken or cut to the correct length using bolt cutters or pliers at the prepared break slots.
• Tighten evenly: Tighten both screws alternately with a hand screwdriver to avoid skewing and to protect the brushed stainless steel surface from scratches.
• Function check: Turn the knob back and forth to ensure that the bolt moves smoothly without resistance and test that the emergency release on the outside works as intended before closing the door.
