Description
Essve Anchoring compound HY is an advanced and high-performance two-component hybrid compound based on a vinyl ester and urethane mixture combined with hardener and quartz sand. This product is specifically developed to offer extremely reliable and safe fastening in both cracked and uncracked concrete according to Option 1. Thanks to its unique thermal and mechanical properties, the compound guarantees very low creep behavior and optimal load-bearing capacity even under extremely tough conditions.
Areas of use and approvals
This versatile hybrid compound excels by withstanding very high loads in demanding environments and has very good resistance to chemical substances. Installations made with Essve HY can withstand long-term loads of up to 100°C and short-term loads of up to 160°C. The product is also environmentally assessed in the Nordic Ecolabelling Portal, making it a conscious choice for modern construction projects.

Important during installation: To ensure the highest possible load-bearing capacity and safety, the drill hole should always be brushed and blown clean thoroughly before application to remove all concrete dust. When installing in cracked concrete, the specific installation procedures found in the ETA approval should be followed carefully.
