Description

NIBE KB R32 refill kit is a complete and reliable refill valve kit developed for safe and easy refilling and venting of brine liquid in the collector hose during installation and service of heat pump systems. This fitting kit is specially adapted for geothermal heat pumps, geothermal heating systems and sea heating systems with a maximum heating output of up to 30 kW.

Robust brass construction with dirt filter and insulation

With a well-thought-out design in high-quality brass and an integrated dirt filter, the filling kit ensures that the brine circuit is kept free of particles and contaminants. This protects the heat pump evaporator and optimizes the system's efficiency over time. To prevent condensation and minimize energy losses, the valve kit is delivered complete with a molded gray insulation in expanded polystyrene (EPS).

Efficient installation and operation for collector hose and borehole

The installation of a geothermal or ground source heat pump places high demands on reliable components in the brine circuit. NIBE KB R32 simplifies filling, adjustment, flushing and checking the liquid level in the borehole or ground loop. The integrated shut-off and filling valves make it easy to connect filling equipment during commissioning or future maintenance.

Optimal flow and easy installation in compact spaces

Thanks to the connection dimension R32 (DN 32) and a permissible operating pressure of up to 10 bar, optimal flow with low pressure drop is guaranteed for systems up to 30 kW. The compact overall length of 267 mm makes the unit easy to place even in narrow technical spaces or next to the heat pump's brine connections.
