Description

A reliable and robust right-angled safety valve adapted for closed heating systems, heat pumps and boiler installations. The valve protects pipe systems and heat sources by automatically relieving the pressure at 1.5 bar, which prevents damage to sensitive components and maintains stable operation.

Effective overpressure protection for heating systems

In modern water-borne heating systems, variations in operating temperature can lead to pressure increases. This safety valve opens in a controlled manner if the pressure reaches the preset opening pressure of 1.5 bar and releases excess liquid via the drain or overflow pipe. The manual operating knob on the top makes it easy to test the valve regularly to ensure that the seat is kept free of dirt and deposits.

Quality and material resistance

The valve body is made of dezincification resistant brass (DZR), which provides strong resistance to corrosion and a long technical life in demanding environments. The safety valve meets the requirements of the European standard SS-EN 1489 for pressure safety in installations.

Thanks to compression ring couplings in dimension 22 mm, the connection is made directly to copper pipes without the need for soldering or threading.
