CTC EcoPart 616M Ground Source Heat Pump

Description

The CTC EcoPart 616M is a modern, highly efficient and speed-controlled liquid/water heat pump without a built-in water heater or internal control. It is specially developed for properties where the ceiling height is limited, or where an existing hot water tank or external heat source such as wood burning and solar energy is already in place. With a flexible design and a modulating power range of 4 to 16 kW, the CTC EcoPart 616M automatically adapts to the current power requirements of the home throughout the year.

Intelligent speed control and maximum energy savings

Thanks to the advanced scroll compressor with inverter control, the CTC EcoPart 616M continuously speeds up or down based on the prevailing weather conditions and heating requirements. When it is mild outside, the power is reduced and energy consumption is minimized, while in severe cold the power is increased up to 16 kW without unnecessary start and stop cycles. The result is a uniform indoor temperature, reduced wear and the best possible operating economy in the highest energy class A+++.

Flexible connection for rock, ground and lake heat

This versatile heat pump uses rock, ground or lake as an energy source via a closed brine circuit. For maximum installation flexibility, the brine connection can be made on the right, left, top or back of the heat pump. If an older system is to be replaced, this is an excellent replacement pump, as the intelligent technology adapts to existing boreholes and existing pipework. The heat pump is delivered complete with a factory-fitted charge and brine pump and an enclosed G32 filling coupler.

System solutions and smart interworking

CTC EcoPart 616M is intended to be controlled via the CTC EcoZenith i550 or i555 indoor module, alternatively via the CTC EcoLogic Pro or Family control modules:

• Together with CTC EcoZenith i550: Creates a complete heating system with a generous hot water capacity of over 600 liters of 40-degree hot water, perfect for larger households, multi-family buildings and systems with a pool or solar collectors.
• Together with CTC EcoLogic: Enables integration with existing boilers and systems, as well as cascade connection where up to ten heat pumps can be operated together for greater energy needs.
