Description

NIBE PLEX 310-20 is a compact and highly efficient brazed plate heat exchanger developed for reliable, energy-efficient heat transfer in modern heating and hot water systems. With a solid construction in corrosion-resistant stainless steel and carefully designed heat exchanger plates, high thermal efficiency, stable operation and long service life are achieved in systems with high demands on operational reliability.

Energy-efficient insulation and minimized heat loss

The heat exchanger is delivered complete with molded polyurethane insulation that effectively minimizes heat loss to the environment. This contributes to even temperature maintenance, lower energy consumption and a more cost-effective system. The compact design makes the unit easy to integrate into both new installations and when upgrading or supplementing existing heating systems, heat pump systems or solar heating circuits.

Construction, capacity and choice of materials

The unit is designed for a heating output of 11 kW with low internal flow resistance, which enables optimal flow and efficient heat exchange. The acid-resistant stainless steel in the plates provides strong protection against wear and particle impact, while the brazed joint creates a tight unit capable of withstanding demanding pressure and temperature variations.

Versatile areas of application and system integration

NIBE PLEX 310-20 works excellently as a system divider between different heat sources and distribution circuits. It is suitable for docking with accumulator tanks, district heating substations, domestic hot water systems and heat pumps where safe and effective separation of media is required. The external dimensions of 360 x 112 x 182 mm ensure a space-saving installation even in compact boiler rooms and equipment rooms.
