Description

NIBE PLEX 322-60 is a highly efficient, brazed plate heat exchanger in stainless steel, designed to provide optimal thermal transfer and operational reliability in demanding heating and cooling systems. With a capacity of up to 175 kW, the heat exchanger handles high flows and ensures stable, energy-efficient operation. The integrated, molded polyurethane insulation minimizes heat losses and contributes to very good overall economy in the property's energy system.

Energy-efficient performance and high capacity

The PLEX 322-60 plate heat exchanger is adapted to transfer heat energy between two separate liquid circuits with the least possible temperature loss. The powerful output of 175 kW makes the model ideal for integration with heat pumps, district heating installations and larger water-borne systems. By effectively separating the primary and secondary sides, a safe and reliable flow is created where the system components are protected against unwanted particles and pressure variations.

Robust stainless steel construction and brazed design

The construction is based on precision-stamped plates in acid-resistant stainless steel that are brazed together under vacuum. This brazed model eliminates the need for gaskets, providing exceptional resistance to high temperatures and pressures and reducing the risk of future leaks. The compact size of 670x247x244 mm means that the unit delivers maximum transfer surface in a small space, making it easy to place even in tight installation environments.

Molded polyurethane insulation for minimal energy losses

The heat exchanger is delivered with an injection-molded polyurethane insulation that tightly encloses the unit. The insulation prevents condensation during cooling operation and prevents heat radiation to the surroundings during heating. The easy-to-remove casing also provides easy access for service, assembly and inspection, ensuring long-term reliability and easy maintenance.
