NIBE Pool 11 Pool Control

Description

NIBE Pool 11 is a complete accessory system developed to enable energy-efficient pool heating via the property's existing geothermal heat pump or ground source heat pump. With this pool control, the pool circuit is connected directly to the heat pump's intelligent control system, which provides a consistent swimming temperature and optimal operating economy throughout the swimming season.

Control and energy-efficient pool heating

The system ensures that the heat pump automatically switches between the property's regular heating, domestic hot water and the pool's heating needs. When the pool needs additional heat, the included motorized diverter valve opens the flow to an external heat exchanger. The heating is controlled via the heat pump's regular display, which provides easy control over the desired water temperature and access to convenient time settings and operating modes.

Installation and technical integration

By using the heat pump's proven compressor technology, energy consumption is minimised compared to direct electric heating of pools. Pool 11 is installed together with the heat pump's electrical control unit and pipe system, and is supplemented in the system with a titanium or stainless steel pool heat exchanger adapted to the pool's water volume.
