NIBE VST 11 Hot Water Control
Description
NIBE VST 11 is a high-performance changeover valve and hot water control designed to optimize hot water preparation in heat pump systems. This valve enables compatible heat pumps to smoothly switch operation and prioritize hot water heating in system solutions with liquid condensation. With a capacity for a charging power of up to 18 kW, fast, stable and energy-efficient hot water production is ensured for the property.
System compatibility and function
Together with control modules such as NIBE SMO 20 or NIBE SMO 40, the VST 11 system gives full automatic control over the charging process. For optimal operation, the component is docked to an external hot water accumulator or double-jacketed water heater, such as NIBE VPA or equivalent units.
The valve is adapted for several classic and established models from NIBE, including:
- NIBE FIGHTER 1110 and 1115 (4 to 15 kW)
- NIBE FIGHTER 1310 and 1320 (20 to 30 kW)
- Air/water heat pumps and geothermal systems docked via NIBE SMO control
Robust design and technical features
NIBE VST 11 is designed with a durable multi-material valve body for long-lasting and reliable performance in demanding heating circuits. The valve is delivered complete with an integrated actuator and connection cable for easy electrical installation to the control center. The mechanical connection is made via three reliable compression ring couplings in dimension 28 mm, which provides a tight and safe pipe installation in the tap water circuit.
