A traditional pool heat pump usually operates at full power until the desired temperature is reached, and then switches off completely. This type of operation can lead to uneven heating levels and unnecessarily high energy consumption, as well as increased wear on the components.

Swim and Fun Fjord instead use modern inverter technology, which means that the compressor and fan continuously adapt their speed to the current need. When the desired temperature has been reached, the pump operates at a lower, very energy-efficient level. This provides a stable water temperature, lower operating costs and significantly quieter operation.

This efficient 14kW model stands out for its high energy efficiency. Under optimal conditions, the heat pump can achieve a COP value of up to 16. This means in practice that every kilowatt hour (kWh) of electrical energy supplied is converted into a full 16 kWh of thermal energy for the pool water. Since up to 80 percent of the energy is obtained completely free of charge directly from the surrounding air, the heating is both economical and environmentally friendly.

Intelligent control via Wi-Fi and adapted operating modes

With a robust design that can operate in outdoor temperatures down to -12 °C, it is easy to extend the swimming season from early spring to late autumn. The heat pump is equipped with an automatic defrost function that ensures stable operation even during the colder months.

Thanks to the built-in Smart Wi-Fi and a clear display, handling is very smooth. Via a mobile app, it is excellent to monitor and adjust the temperature regardless of where you are. The device offers three adapted operating modes for optimal comfort:

• Powerful mode: Full power for rapid heating of the pool water.
• Smart mode: Automatic and balanced regulation between medium and full power for the best possible energy efficiency.
• Silent mode: Low or medium power that provides extra quiet operation and an even temperature situation at the edge of the pool.

Thanks to the wide setting range between 8 and 40 °C, the system can be used for both heating and cooling, which is perfect for lowering the water temperature on very hot summer days.

The heat pump's exterior design combines an elegant black powder-coated steel casing with durable ABS panels, which provides excellent protection against the elements. Inside, there is a high-quality titanium heat exchanger that is completely resistant to corrosion from both chlorine and salt water.

When the product is registered after purchase, extended security is provided with a 3-year warranty on all components and a full 7-year warranty on the compressor. To facilitate installation and operation, the heat pump is delivered complete with a protective winter cover, damping anti-vibration mats and a practical drainage kit for condensation water.
