When purchasing a Heat Pump from CTC, we offer security insurance that protects against unexpected events. CTC's insurance partner Arctic offers a security insurance that covers the entire heat pump system for up to 18 years and includes the water heater, energy well, collector installation and other components in addition to the compressor.
For private individuals, the insurance is included from years 4 to 6 together with the 3-year product warranty. This provides a 6-year warranty. After this period, customers are offered the opportunity to take out insurance annually until their air/water heat pump is 16 years old or the geothermal heat pump is 18 years old, which can provide up to 18 years of security in total. This insurance covers unforeseen events in the entire heat pump system, including the compressor, water heater, energy well, collector installation and other important components.
