When you buy an air source heat pump from Nibe, a 3-year warranty and 6-year free security insurance starting on the day of installation are included. You can extend the insurance for up to 18 years for both ground source and air source heat pumps and for up to 16 years for an air-to-water heat pump, without the requirement for an annual inspection. The warranty also covers accessories and cooling parts, and spare parts are covered by a 2-year material warranty.
When your 6-year free security insurance from Nibe expires, you can extend it annually with our insurance partner Arctic. The insurance protects you in the event of damage to the heat pump by replacing the age deduction and deductible on your regular home or property insurance. You can extend the insurance for up to 18 years for ground source and air source heat pumps and for up to 16 years for air-to-water heat pumps.
