NIBE F372 Exhaust Air Heat Pump
Description
The NIBE F372 is a modern, complete exhaust air heat pump that efficiently meets the home's combined needs for heating, hot water, and mechanical ventilation. By recovering energy from ventilation air and using a natural refrigerant with very low climate impact, it provides sustainable and cost-effective heating. The system is equipped with a built-in water heater, electric immersion heater, circulation pump, energy-efficient fan, and intelligent controls that adjust operation based on prevailing conditions. With its compact profile and timeless design, the unit blends seamlessly into the home and connects easily to radiators, convectors, or underfloor heating systems.
Note! Velltra guarantees that all NIBE products marketed and sold by us are manufactured in Sweden and contain top-quality components, specifically adapted for the Nordic market and its challenging climate.
Complete all-in-one solution for indoor comfort
The NIBE F372 combines three fundamental functions in a single installation: controlled ventilation, consistent hydronic room heating, and reliable hot water production. The exhaust air ventilation system continuously replaces the air in the home, contributing to a healthy indoor climate with reduced humidity levels. Thermal energy that would otherwise be vented out is captured and returned to the heating and domestic hot water systems with high efficiency.
Eco-friendly operation with a natural refrigerant
To minimize its ecological footprint, the NIBE F372 uses a natural refrigerant with an extremely low Global Warming Potential (GWP). The refrigerant transports thermal energy through closed circuits with high thermal performance. This solution combines modern energy efficiency with future-proof consideration for the climate and environment.
Intelligent control via Smart Price Adaption and myUplink
The myUplink mobile app offers a complete overview and convenient monitoring directly on your smartphone or tablet. Operating status, temperature curves, and alarms are displayed in real time, with immediate push notifications and email alerts in the event of any irregularities.
The Smart Price Adaption (SPA) function enables operating costs to be optimized based on the Nordic electricity exchange, Nord Pool. With a variable electricity contract featuring hourly or 15-minute pricing, the heat pump adjusts production to operate more intensively when electricity prices are favorable and reduces activity during more expensive hours. This automation can lower variable electricity costs by 5 to 10 percent without compromising comfort.
Integrated water heater with tailored corrosion protection
The heat pump is equipped with a 170-liter water heater, providing a capacity of up to 248 liters of ready-to-use domestic hot water at 40°C. The water heater is carefully insulated with eco-friendly cellular plastic to minimize standby heat loss.
The model is available in three versions to suit varying water qualities and installation conditions:
- Cu (Copper): Suitable for municipal water and neutral pH levels.
- RF (Stainless steel): Ideal for soft water or water with specific chemical properties.
- E (Enamel): Equipped with a sacrificial anode; an excellent choice for hard, calcium-rich, or chloride-containing water.
Warranty and long-term peace of mind
Please note that the manufacturer’s full warranty is not applicable for units bought in Sweden and installed outside Sweden.
