The joist hanger is manufactured from S250GD hot-dip galvanized sheet steel with a Z275 coating, providing effective protection against rust and wear. This ensures a long service life, even in exposed environments. With a steel thickness of 2 mm, the bracket offers high load-bearing capacity and stability for structural elements within your building project.

Flexible installation and application

This model features both nail and bolt holes, providing great flexibility during installation. It can be mounted on various materials, such as wood, concrete, lightweight concrete, brick, or steel. For optimal fastening, 4.0 mm connector nails or 4.8 mm connector screws are recommended; additionally, the bolt holes can be used with M8 or M10 bolts, depending on the requirements of the structure.

Construction tips and guidelines

To achieve maximum stability, it is recommended that the height of the joist hanger corresponds to at least two-thirds of the height of the secondary beam. It is also important to maintain a distance of at least 20 mm from the top edge of the beam to the uppermost nail hole. To ensure a precise fit, the width of the connector should not exceed the width of the beam by more than 3 mm.
