Joist Hanger JH 45x137x2mm Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel Fast 833242
Description
The JH joist hanger (45x137x2mm) is an essential, high-quality construction connector, specifically engineered to ensure strong, long-lasting joints in complex structural frameworks and building projects. This model is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized S250GD+Z275 steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and high durability, even in demanding environments. It is ideal for connecting beams within the same plane, as well as for creating efficient connections between columns and load-bearing beams.
Versatile installation across various materials
Thanks to its intelligent design, the joist hanger features both nail and bolt holes, offering unparalleled flexibility during installation. Its construction allows for secure attachment to a wide range of building materials, including timber, concrete, lightweight concrete, brick, and steel. For optimal fastening, we recommend using 4.0 mm connector nails or 4.8 mm connector screws for the nail holes, while M8 or M10 bolts should be used for the bolt holes. This makes the product an excellent choice for both smaller renovations and larger construction projects.

Important installation instructions and guidelines for joist hangers
To achieve maximum load-bearing capacity and comply with current building standards, the height of the connector should be at least two-thirds of the height of the secondary beam. It is also important to maintain a distance of at least 20 mm from the top edge of the beam to the uppermost nail hole. Please note that the width of the connector must not exceed the width of the beam by more than 3 mm, in order to ensure proper and stable load transfer within the structure.
