Applications and Construction

This joist hanger is primarily used for connecting load-bearing beams within the same plane, as well as for efficient connections between columns and beams. The product features both nail and bolt holes, allowing for versatile installation across a variety of materials, including timber, concrete, lightweight concrete, brick, or steel. Installation and Fastening

For a professional and secure installation, it is recommended to use 4.0 mm anchor nails or 4.8 mm anchor screws in the nail holes, which have a diameter of 5.0 mm. For the larger bolt holes measuring 9.0 mm and 11.0 mm M8 or M10 bolts should be used, depending on the specific application and load requirements. During installation, it is important to maintain a distance of at least 20 mm from the top edge of the beam to the uppermost nail hole to ensure maximum withdrawal resistance and the structural integrity of the connection.
