Description

The JH joist hanger (36x142x2 mm) is a high-quality, robust connector specifically developed to create stable and durable joints between beams on the same plane, as well as connections between columns and beams. This model is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel (grade S250GD + Z275), providing excellent protection against corrosion and wear, even in demanding environments. The connector is engineered to meet rigorous standards for load-bearing capacity and safety in building construction, structural framing, and roof systems.

Flexible installation and durable structures

With well-considered dimensions and versatile mounting options, this product is ideal for both professional construction projects and smaller-scale renovations. For optimal load transfer, the height of the joist hanger should be at least two-thirds the height of the secondary beam; additionally, a distance of at least 20 mm must be maintained between the top edge of the beam and the uppermost nail hole. To ensure a proper fit, the width of the connector should exceed the width of the beam by no more than 3 mm.

Easy installation and strong connections

The clever design, featuring both nail holes and bolt holes, allows for flexible installation in a variety of materials, such as timber, concrete, lightweight concrete, brick, or steel. For a firm and secure connection, 4.0 mm anchor nails or 4.8 mm anchor screws are recommended for the nail holes, while the bolt holes are designed for M8 or M10 bolts, depending on the requirements of the structure.
