Description

The CTC EcoPart 425 Basic is a powerful 25 kW on/off ground source heat pump, specifically designed for industrial use and larger properties that require reliable and economical heating. This model comes without an integrated domestic hot water tank and is equipped with a built-in "Basic" control system. It can be easily connected to existing heating systems or configured in a cascade—linking up to five units together (providing a total capacity of up to 170 kW when combined with the CTC EcoPart Pro).

Using separate cooling modules, the output is distributed across three stages. This minimizes the number of start/stop cycles, reduces noise levels, and ensures consistent thermal comfort tailored to the property’s specific operating conditions.

Flexible Heat Source and Seamless Integration

The CTC EcoPart 425 Basic connects to a closed brine circuit, extracting renewable energy from geothermal (bedrock), ground, or lake sources. Thanks to its well-thought-out design, the brine system can be connected flexibly—from the right side, left side, top, or rear—simplifying installation in a variety of spaces. The heat pump is designed for use with one-pipe and two-pipe systems, underfloor heating, and fan coils. It can deliver a supply temperature of up to 65 °C, making the unit ideal for high-temperature systems and radiator circuits as well.

Intelligent control and regulation

The CTC EcoPart 425 Basic is easily regulated via a digital signal (thermostat control) or by monitoring the return temperature—a highly reliable method, for instance, when charging an accumulator tank. When integrated into a larger system with the CTC EcoPart Pro, the installation can also be monitored and controlled via the myUplink app and the advanced CTC EcoLogic Pro control system.
