Description

The CTC EcoPart i425 Pro is a robust, efficient on/off ground-source heat pump designed for commercial properties, multi-family dwellings, and facilities with significant energy demands. The heat pump delivers a reliable heating capacity of 25 kW at 0/35 °C (B0/W35) in accordance with EN 14511 (24.43 kW) and is engineered for seamless integration into both existing and new heating systems.

The system is designed for closed-loop brine circuits, such as those utilizing geothermal (rock), ground, or lake/water heat sources. Thanks to its carefully balanced design and modern component technology, the unit does not require mandatory annual inspections or checks of the refrigerant system, which simplifies operation and reduces long-term maintenance costs.

Intelligent Pro Control and Cascade Configuration up to 170 kW

The heat pump is equipped with an integrated CTC EcoLogic Pro control system, providing a comprehensive overview and precise regulation of the heating process. With built-in support for the myUplink app, you can easily monitor and fine-tune system parameters via a smartphone or computer.

For properties with varying or growing capacity requirements, the series offers flexible modular solutions. The models are available with outputs of 25 kW, 30 kW, and 35 kW, and can be connected in a cascade configuration for a total output of up to 170 kW (for example, one CTC EcoPart i435 Pro combined with four CTC EcoPart 435 Basic units).

Dual scroll compressors and energy-efficient operation

At the heart of the heat pump are two quiet-running scroll compressors. By operating in two stages, the output is adjusted incrementally based on current weather conditions, which reduces wear and optimizes the seasonal coefficient of performance (SCOP). The unit comes with an integrated soft-start function that minimizes inrush currents, as well as an electronic expansion valve that continuously fine-tunes the refrigeration process for maximum efficiency.

Seamless integration with existing heating systems

The CTC EcoPart i425 Pro is supplied without an integrated domestic hot water tank, making it highly flexible for connection to external buffer tanks or existing hot water solutions. With a supply temperature of up to 65 °C, the unit works effectively with radiators in both one-pipe and two-pipe systems, underfloor heating circuits, and fan coils. A-rated, low-energy circulation pumps for both the brine and heating circuits are included as standard, ensuring energy-efficient flow.
