CTC EcoPart 435 Basic Ground Source Heat Pump
Description
CTC EcoPart 435 Basic is a powerful on/off liquid/water heat pump of 35 kW, specially developed for larger properties, apartment buildings and commercial operations. The unit is delivered without an integrated hot water heater and is designed to be easily connected to an existing heating system or supplemented with an external accumulator tank and storage tank as needed.
Reliable heating and high flow temperature
Thanks to a well-developed refrigerant circuit and efficient, quiet scroll compressors, the CTC EcoPart 435 Basic delivers a flow temperature of up to 65 °C. This makes the unit particularly suitable for properties with high flow temperatures, radiators and convectors, while also working excellently with underfloor heating and both one- and two-pipe systems. The heating capacity amounts to 32.48 kW at B0/W35 according to the EN 14511 standard.
Stepped power control and quiet operation
With separate cooling modules, the power is switched on in several steps, which reduces the number of starts and stops and ensures smoother operation with even heating comfort throughout the year. The built-in soft start function and the separate cooling modules also contribute to a very low noise level and reduced mechanical wear over time.
Energy-efficient circulation pumps and adapted control
The heat pump is equipped with an integrated electronic expansion valve and A-class, energy-efficient circulation pumps for both the brine and the charging circuit. CTC EcoPart 435 Basic has a built-in Basic control with display and can be easily controlled via digital signal, thermostat control or return temperature control, which provides optimal operational reliability when, for example, charging a storage tank.
Flexible series connection and sources of renewable energy
A closed collector circuit for geothermal heat, ground heat or sea heat is used as the energy source. For properties with extensive power requirements, CTC offers flexible cascade connection where up to five units can be connected in series to achieve a total capacity of up to 170 kW (for example, one CTC EcoPart i435 Pro in combination with four CTC EcoPart 435 Basic). Connection of the brine system is very flexible and can be carried out on the right side, left side, top or back of the unit. The unit does not require annual inspection of the refrigerant system.
