Description

The CTC EcoPart i430 Pro is a robust and energy-efficient on/off brine-to-water heat pump, developed for larger properties, commercial premises, and industrial applications. The model delivers a heating capacity of 27.99 kW at B0/W35 (according to EN 14511) and has a power rating of 30 kW (3x400V). It is supplied without an integrated domestic hot water tank, making it ideal for integration into existing heating systems or for use in combination with external buffer tanks and distribution systems.

Intelligent Control with Built-in CTC EcoLogic Pro

This "Pro" model comes factory-equipped with the advanced CTC EcoLogic Pro control system. The system monitors, coordinates, and optimizes the entire property's heating system—including free cooling, solar panels, auxiliary heating, buffer tanks, and other heat sources. It also supports convenient monitoring and remote control via the myUplink app.

Reliable operation and high supply temperature

Thanks to modern scroll compressors equipped with electronic expansion valves and a soft-start function, the heat pump operates quietly and stably, while placing minimal strain on the electrical grid. Its design, featuring separate cooling modules, allows for three-stage capacity control; this minimizes the number of starts and stops, while ensuring a consistent temperature and low noise levels. The CTC EcoPart i430 Pro can deliver a supply temperature of up to 65 °C, making it an excellent choice for both modern underfloor heating systems and older, high-temperature radiator systems (whether one-pipe or two-pipe).

Environmentally friendly heat extraction and flexible installation

The heat pump is designed for closed-loop brine circuits, such as those used for geothermal (rock), ground-source, or lake-source heating. To facilitate easy integration into mechanical or utility rooms, the brine system connections are positioned to allow for hook-up from the left, right, top, or rear. The unit does not require annual inspections of the refrigerant circuit, which simplifies ongoing maintenance and reduces operating costs. For applications requiring higher output, up to five units can be connected in a cascade configuration, providing a total system capacity of up to 170 kW.
