Description

The CTC EcoPart i435 Pro is a robust and efficient on/off Ground Source heat pump developed for larger properties, multi-family dwellings, and commercial facilities that demand high operational economy and reliability. The model delivers a heating capacity of 35 kW (32.48 kW at B0/W35, according to EN 14511) and comes equipped with an integrated CTC EcoLogic Pro control system, as well as energy-efficient brine and circulation pumps. The unit is supplied without a built-in domestic hot water tank, offering flexibility and ease of integration with existing heating systems, external buffer tanks, and custom hot water solutions.

Flexible Heating and Future-Proof Cascade Configuration

For installations with varying or growing capacity requirements, the CTC EcoPart Pro offers a scalable solution. The CTC EcoPart i435 Pro can serve as a master unit, connected in a cascade with up to four CTC EcoPart 435 Basic slave units. Together, these units form a complete cascade system with a total heating capacity of up to 170 kW. Thanks to dual, quiet-running scroll compressors and separate cooling modules, the heat output is engaged in three stages. This staged activation ensures smooth, steady operation with fewer starts and stops, reduced wear and tear, and optimal adjustment to the property’s actual heating demand.

High flow temperature and versatile heat sources

The advanced refrigerant circuit enables a flow temperature of up to 65 °C, making the heat pump well-suited for both older high-temperature radiator systems and modern low-temperature systems, such as underfloor heating or fan coils. The CTC EcoPart i435 Pro is designed for a closed brine circuit and can be connected to geothermal (rock), ground-source, or lake-source heat. The brine system pipe connections (28 mm) are highly flexible and can be routed from the right, left, top, or rear, ensuring straightforward installation in any type of boiler room or mechanical plant room.

Intelligent control with CTC EcoLogic Pro

The integrated "Pro" control system, CTC EcoLogic Pro, acts as the brain for the entire property’s climate control system. It can monitor and regulate heat pumps, solar thermal systems, auxiliary heating, buffer tanks, pool heating, and free cooling. For convenient remote monitoring, the system can easily be connected and managed via the myUplink app.

Low noise level, soft-start, and minimal maintenance

Equipped with an electronic expansion valve, a soft-start function, and separate, well-insulated cooling modules, the unit ensures quiet and gentle operation. Furthermore, the refrigerant system requires no annual inspection, which reduces ongoing operating costs over time.
