Description

LK Wet Zone Hatch Preseal UNI 1050x710 is a professional wet zone hatch developed for safe, water and moisture-proof installations in modern wet rooms. The hatch is equipped with a prefabricated 50 mm wide foil flange mounted on a 60 mm wide flange, which guarantees a tight and approved connection to system-approved waterproofing in wet zones (not intended for direct installation in the bath or shower zone).

This versatile service and wall hatch is ideal for installation against distributor cabinets and shunt cabinets as well as for direct installation in the building frame or shaft. The design meets high requirements for construction safety when connecting to waterproofing and pipe installations.

Robust Material and Flexible Construction

All components that are fixed to the wall are made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for long durability. Other parts consist of galvanized steel sheet powder-coated in a stylish white color (RAL 9016). The outer frame is adjustable between 3–13 mm to provide a perfect, even fit flush with the wall's final surface layer.

Accessories and Aesthetic Door Options

For a complete installation, the wet zone door is supplemented with the desired exterior door:

• LK Tileable Design Preseal: Integrates discreetly into the wall and enables the installation of tiles directly on the door.
• LK Standard Design Preseal: A stylish, white-lacquered sheet metal door that provides a clean and easily accessible inspection opening.

• Not for Plastic Mat: The product lacks a test method for connection to plastic mat and is not suitable for plastic mat as a surface layer.
• Hole-making and Construction Dimensions: Exact dimensions for measuring and hole-making are specified in the accompanying installation instructions. The enclosed accessories enable installation in both cabinets and frames.
• Storage and Handling: Store in a cool, frost-free and temperate environment before installation.
